FYI The following is for anyone who's confused about my origins:
My parents were both from Iloilo, Philippines, but they met and got married in California. I was born in California. My sister and I traveled back and forth from CA and the Phils. during most of our childhood (grade 4 in the Phils., grade 5 in the U.S., grade 6 in the Phils). But since 1991 (?) we've lived and studied in the Philippines, except for occasional vacations like the one which I wrote about in "Christmas Break 1999-2000."
I received my degree in Mass Communication from Central Philippine University in March 2001. I'm now back in California taking classes and waiting to see what the future will bring. | |
